This Apple TV Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the Forge Family Creative Studios application ("App") on Apple TV and other Apple tvOS-enabled devices. This Policy supplements our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and is designed to ensure compliance with Apple's App Store Guidelines and the tvOS Human Interface Guidelines.
By downloading, installing, or using our App on Apple TV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.
This Policy applies to all versions of the Forge Family Creative Studios App distributed through the Apple TV App Store, including all updates, upgrades, and companion experiences.
All content accessible through the Forge Family Creative Studios Apple TV App is subject to the following content standards in compliance with Apple's guidelines:
Age Rating: Our Apple TV App is rated for users 13 and older. Content is designed to be appropriate for a general creative and professional audience.
Content Categories:
• Music production content, tutorials, and educational materials
• Film and video production resources and projects
• Photography and visual arts content
• Scriptwriting and narrative content
• Podcast productions and audio content
• Studio sessions and live performance streams via ForgeTV
Prohibited Content on Apple TV:
• Adult-only content (sexually explicit material)
• Content promoting illegal activities
• Content depicting or glorifying violence
• Hate speech or content targeting individuals or groups
• Content that violates any third-party intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.
Apple In-App Purchases: Certain premium features, courses, and content within the Apple TV App may be available for purchase through Apple's In-App Purchase system. All such purchases are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.
Apple Pay: Where available, payments may be processed through Apple Pay in accordance with Apple's payment policies.
Subscriptions: If we offer subscription services through the Apple TV App, they are processed and managed through Apple's subscription management system. You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID settings.
Refund Policy for Apple Purchases: All in-app purchases made through the Apple TV App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refund requests must be submitted through Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Non-Apple Purchases: Purchases made outside of the Apple TV App (e.g., through our website or other platforms) are subject to our general refund policy as outlined in our Terms of Service.
Data Collection Transparency: In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, we will request your permission before collecting data used for tracking purposes across apps and websites owned by other companies.
What We Collect on Apple TV:

App Tracking Transparency: We respect your choice regarding app tracking. If you deny permission, we will not track your activity across other apps and websites. Some personalization features may be limited if tracking is not permitted.
Sign in with Apple: Where we offer "Sign in with Apple," we comply with Apple's requirements including supporting the option to hide your email address. We use Apple's secure authentication framework and do not bypass Apple's privacy protections.
Forge Family Creative Studios is committed to making our Apple TV App accessible to all users. We comply with Apple's accessibility guidelines and support the following tvOS accessibility features:
• VoiceOver: Our interface supports Apple's VoiceOver screen reader for users with visual impairments.
• Increase Contrast: High-contrast mode is supported for improved visual accessibility.
• Reduce Motion: We honor the Reduce Motion setting to minimize animations for users sensitive to motion.
• Audio Descriptions: Where available, video content includes audio descriptions.
• Closed Captions & Subtitles: Video content is designed to support captions and subtitles.
• Bold Text: Our interface adapts to the Bold Text accessibility setting.

Streaming Content: The ForgeTV feature allows users to stream live and recorded content from Forge Family Creative Studios stations. When accessed through Apple TV:
• All streaming content must comply with Apple's content guidelines.
• Live streams are subject to moderation and may be interrupted or terminated if they violate our content standards.
• Viewers must be authenticated users with valid accounts to access certain streaming content.
• Geographic restrictions may apply to some content based on licensing agreements.
Stream Quality: We strive to provide the best streaming quality possible on Apple TV, adapting to your network conditions. We do not guarantee specific bitrate or resolution levels.
Recording & Downloads: Offline downloads, if available, are subject to DRM protections in accordance with applicable copyright law and Apple's guidelines. Downloaded content may only be played on authorized devices.
Apple Family Sharing: If you use Apple Family Sharing, in-app purchases may be subject to Ask to Buy approval from the family organizer, depending on your family settings.
Parental Controls: Parents and guardians are encouraged to use Apple's built-in Screen Time controls to manage their child's access to the App and content within it. The App respects Screen Time restrictions set on the device.
Content Restrictions: Our App respects the content restrictions set through tvOS Settings → Screen Time. Users can restrict access to features and content based on age ratings.
Child Accounts: Users under 13 may not create accounts independently. Users between 13–17 require parental consent. Family organizers can add children to Family Sharing, and child accounts are subject to additional restrictions.
Updates: We regularly update the Forge Family Creative Studios Apple TV App to improve performance, add features, and fix bugs. Updates are distributed through the Apple TV App Store. We recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure you have the latest features and security patches.

Compatibility: The App requires tvOS 16.0 or later. We do not guarantee compatibility with older tvOS versions or jailbroken/modified Apple TV devices.
App Removal: If you remove the App from your Apple TV, your account data remains stored on our servers. You can request data deletion by contacting privacy@pce-rnrdy.com.
Apple's Role: Forge Family Creative Studios is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple Inc. is not responsible for the App or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
Third-Party Beneficiary: You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and this Policy, and Apple has the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms and this Policy against you as a third-party beneficiary.
Apple's Guidelines: Our App complies with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the Apple Developer Program License Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall take precedence with respect to your use of the App on Apple platforms.
