1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Forge Family Creative Studios (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Forge Family Creative Studios, operated by PCE-RNRDY Networks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. Users between 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
Account Creation: To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security: You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pce-rnrdy.com of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your login credentials.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason with or without notice.
4. User Content & Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of all creative content you upload, create, or submit to the Platform ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Forge Family Creative Studios a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
Our Content: All Platform features, designs, code, trademarks, logos, and proprietary content belong to Forge Family Creative Studios and PCE-RNRDY Networks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
DMCA Compliance: We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, contact us at legal@pce-rnrdy.com with a DMCA takedown notice.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, threatening, infringing of third-party rights, or otherwise objectionable as determined by us in our sole discretion.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Payments: Certain features of the Platform require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Stripe. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method.
Studio Bookings: Studio session bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit.
Course Purchases: Digital course content is non-refundable once accessed. If you have not accessed course materials, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
Invoices: Invoices issued through the Platform are payable per agreed terms. Late payments may incur fees as stated on the invoice.
Donations: Donations made through the Platform are non-refundable unless processed in error.
Royalty Payouts: Royalty distributions are calculated and processed according to individual creator agreements. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of payout.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities on the Platform:
• Upload, post, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems.
• Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform without our express written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its servers.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by us.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Engage in any activity that could damage the reputation of Forge Family Creative Studios or PCE-RNRDY Networks.
7. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
As-Is Basis: The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forge Family Creative Studios and PCE-RNRDY Networks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Family Creative Studios, PCE-RNRDY Networks, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any misrepresentation made by you
We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative proceeding.
Injunctive Relief: Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
